Good day,

I am writing this report extremely disappointment with the service that my husband and i have received over the weekend. I also have been working with customers for over 10 years I have never experienced such high level of incompetency. Never-mind the agent that we initially dealt with the TEAM LEADER was 3 times more useless than the agent, her name is Zandile Masimula, 1st of all she doesn't know how to answer simple questions, was constantly provoking my husband instead of trying to meet him half way. I need to know from managements side, why cant you have a person over the weekend that can make decisions on behalf of the company? Are people calling in over the weekend not as important as the mon-fri weekdays callers? Zandile totally lacks skills of winning back a client, in business every cent matters, no matter how little money we pay we are contributing for the business to go on. She was willing to let us go, no skills in weighing options, we even had to give her suggestions like calling a manager for advise, viewing our payment records, surely we cant be crucified for missing a payment. We explained to her that where we are there is only 8ta network.
