S4 in 2nd time for repair bad feedback and service

I handed my Samsung S4 phone in at Vodaworld on the 13/01/2013 for repair after the phone went dead. I did not receive one sms to notify me on the status of the phone and had to call in every day to check up. I received the phone back on the 20 January 2013 at 09:30 the morning. I immediately tested it and found the phone to not to be working correctly. I handed the phone back in to Vodaworld. I made the request urgent as I was without a phone for 8 days already.
Again i had to phone in each day to find out on the status. One the 21 January 2013, found the phone was still at Vodaworld and not dispatched for repair yet. I tried to call the supervisor Natasha at Vodaworld to clarify, but the phone was NEVER picked up by anyone. Only on the 24 January was the phone allocated to a technician. On Monday 27 January the phone is still with a technician even after I made it clear on Wednesday already that this was an urgent request. the call centre makes excuses and are unable to relate to any concern as they have no idea what is happening and this is where you are out of touch with your client. No one calls you back, no one address the client concern... this is unacceptable.
