BAD SERVICE TURNED INTO EXCELLENCE

After our dissapointing weekend at Swadini, Forever Resorts came back to us, offering us a complimentary weekend. They realy went our of their way to accomdate us. We were able to decide on the date of the weekend and they even booked us in the same chalet. The assistant manager (the manager was unfortunately accopied with other important duties) as well as the housekeeper came by to make sure that everything were up to our expectations. We thoroughly enjoued the weekend and again ad to the pleasant memeories that we have build up for the past 53 years. Thank you, Christo and your team! We had a wonderful weekend. Best of luck.
