Worst Customer Experience EVER!!!

In September 2013 I upgraded my contract number 071 333 9837 from weekend everyday to top up 200 (blackberry to S4mini). This migration of package to package was not processed which left me with a bill of over R1000 which was debited from my account. I went in the store to make Vodacom Canal Walk, consultant Omar aware of the error and fix it. Now its Jan 2014, - R6700 was debited from my bank account in Nov and Dec, 7 store visits later, about 10 calls to Vodacom customer care and accounts, dealing with Steven (CW Store Manager), Nathier (Finance guy), Receptionist and Sulaiman who is still phoning me, Saturday Amanda, today Tarryn, I am struggling to get my money from Vodacom. I have been a customer since I left school and has never encountered such pathetic customer service in my life. It was easy for Vodacom to deduct my money but now when they have to re-imburse me after the 3rd request they ask me for 3months bank statements and a copy of my ID. WHAT FOR!!! WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!
