I booked my Blackberry 9900 on 18th November for repairs as 3 keys were not working properly: 0, F & K - and the guy who helped me backed up my contacts & picturse etc but didnt give me a copy of the cd. I got a call a week later with a quote - which I rejected. I waited for another call informing me that I should come and fetch my phone from Vodaworld and nothing happened, until I decided to call them today to check the status on my phone and I was informed that it was ready for collection. I went&collected my phone and inserted my SIM card to use my phone and was shocked to find out that more keys were now no longer working, and there no pics&contacts. I called the repair centre & was told to come back to Vodaworld and speak to the person who gave me the phone, which I did... and she told me that I should speak to her supervisor, who was very arrogant - she told me that the mere fact that the phone was booked in and I was given a quote means there was a fault on the keyboard in such a way that I felt like she thought I was trying to get a free repair. All I ever wanted was for a simple explanation as to why more keys are no longer working... I cant use the phone anymore..
