I TOOK MY BLACKBERRY CELLPHONE TO VODAWORLD VODACOM REPAIR CENTRE FOR REPAIRS THE 11/11/2013 BECAUSE 5 BUTTONS ON THE PHONE WERE NOT WORKING. I WAS ABLE TO MAKE CALLS WITH THE PHONE BUT UNABLE TO ANSWER INCOMING CALLS AS THE ANSWERING BUTTON WAS NOT WORKING. I WAS ALSO ABLE TO RECEIVE ALL THE EMAILS AND SMS. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM VODACOM REPAIR CENTRE FEW DAYS AFTER I HAD TAKEN THE CELLPHONE IN TELLING ME THAT THE PHONE WAS IRREPARABLE AND I WAS TOLD TO PAY R1700 SO THAT THEY CAN GIVE ME A NEW PHONE. I TOLD THEM THAT I CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY R1700 AS I'M STILL PAYING MY TOPUP CONTRACT WHICH LESS THAN 1 YEAR. I REQUESTED THEM TO BRING IT BACK AS IT IS KNOWING VERY WELL THAT IT WAS FULLY FUNCTIONAL EXCEPT FOR THOSE 5 BUTTONS. I WENT TO COLLECT MY AT VOADAWORLD ON THE 25/11/2013 AND I WAS SURPRISED TO FIND OUT THAT MY CELLPHONE SCREEN IS ALSO DEAD (NOT WORKING). I EXPECTED TO FIND MY PHONE THE SAME WAY AS IT WAS WHEN I TOOK IT IN. PLEASE HELP ME, I WANTED MY PHONE TO BE REPAIRED NOT DESTROYED.
