Sometime ago last year around September, I complained about the that happened on my Mtn account for the contract fone. Someone opened an account under my name in January 2013 and took a laptop and a data card. I reported the incident to you and Veronica Smith from Mtn responded back by saying I should send my copy of ID and an affidavit. I did that on the 23/09/13. The response came back from her saying she sent the documents to the legal department.

Up until today I never received any feedback from her nor Mtn, all I'm getting is the harassment via sms for me to pay someone else's bill. I don't have a problem paying mine, but I will never someone else's expense. I don't know why it is so difficult for them to track the culprit. Please help me.
