Principle account holder amendment

I am the principle account holder and can no longer top up my data bundles on my business accounts as I am not listed as the principle account holder. To rectify I have had to send through a letter head and ID to have this amended. It is 1 week later and I have wracked up another R1000 in data charges and nothing has happened on my account. All reference numbers I give show nothing. I cannot speak to the 10th person in a week and keep telling my sad story. Hello Peter please help! My latest reference number is: EC-0O8Z-3Q7AOT
