Good day
we reported to MTN last year that a fradulent account was opened with my partners lost ID, this was already reported last year in July 2012, An affidavit and ID copy was sent to them, i sent the details to a 'Humbulani Claudious Nedane.however now we receiving letter of demand, no feedback has been given or have we ever be contacted regarding this matter. Now we have to send a new affidavit, which is an inconvenience to us.
