Awaiting refund and still getting debited

I took out a data plan from Vodacom in 2011 which included 400MB data along with a laptop. Now my contract was due for upgrade in January 2013 but officially expired in April/May 2013. Now they still keep billing me for the laptop which has already been paid off. Very upset about this I went to Vodacom World's Customer Care center in Midrand about a month back. The people checked my account and apologised for their error and said I would be contacted by a consultant within 48 hours.

I waited but no one called so I decided to log on to my Vodacom portal and checked the billing details on my data number which reflected zero so I was happy with this but I still had to follow up the money taken off my account till August.

Lo and behold, September comes and once again a full debit gets taken off my account!? Now what exactly has been done to rectify this? I was assured by Customer care that this would be resolved. Nobody came back to me. I am really upset, I consider this to be a form of and I have already complained about this but I expect this situation to be resolved ASAP. Otherwise I am considering legal action. Being a client since 2007, enough is enough!
