Numbers opened under my MTN account

I have an account or contract with MTN and only one number is linked to this contract or account. On the 25th of February i saw a high amount debited from my account to MTN, i phoned the customer service number (173) and ask about this amount. I was told that there is an additional number opened under my account that's why the bill is high. I told the consultant that i only have one number with MTN and any other number opened i don't know about it. I was told to do an affidavit and fax it to department. I did the affidavit and clearly stated that i only have one number with MTN and the additional number opened is. When i do my affidavit i just clearly stated that i have one number with MTN and gave them the number. Now MTN is telling me that there is three more numbers opened and i have to go and do another affidavit and state that the additional three numbers were not opened by me. I don't understand why i should go do another affidavit even if i have already stated that i only have one contract number at MTN. How difficult it is for MTN to know or find out how this numbers where opened???
