I have an excisting contract with Telkom Mobile (account no: 333377207), I decided to upgrade my internet modem to the new rooter on 4 July 2023, they said that I should use my old modem sim card until the end of July. From the 1 Aug I must put my new sim card in the rooter and it will work. It didn't work on 1 Aug, I tried the old sim card... it aslo didn't work. When I phoned them, they didn't do anything about the problem.
On Monday the 5 th, I phoned them again, Willie (manager) told me to come in with my rooter. I told them the problem is not with my rooter, they didn't activate the sim. They said they have a problem with the signal, but I have another Telkom mobile rooter @ my office, that has no problems working. I phoned again on the 6th, Bonainkosi awnsered, he couldn't help me and took a message to let Willie ring me. Willie still hasn't phoned me.
Also, my usual Telkom mobile debit orders hasn't gone of as they always do. So what have they done to my account?
