On 26Feb13 i called cellC and placed an order for a 3GModerm, on 12 Mar13 the parcell was delivered by RAM.I found out that the wrong item was delivered and my surname incorrect instead of maluleke, it was Pitiela.on 13March i then called Cell c on 0113248000 where i spent an hour waiting, eventually the call was answered. Lerato attended to my call and she indicated that the parcell will be uplifted, I sent an email to customer services indicating that they delivered a wrong item and should uplift and cancel the contract. on 18 Mar i called and spoke to Shenell at 14h59 and Paseka at 15h09.On 19 March the parcell was uplifted by RAM with a way bill number RW10747796.To my surprise on 30April my acc was debited.on 09 May i called and spoke to Mbali at 14h10 she indicated the contract will be cancelled. On18June i called and was informed by Tshepo that the contract has been cancelled.01July13 i made a last call to cell c customer services asking as to why did they deduct my acc if contract is cacelled.30may&jun my acc was debited. Dineo Marang confirmed that the contract has been cancelled and i will receive my refunds deducted from April 13 to date and I will receive Feedback by 04Jul13
