I opened a new contract online and asked the consultant to port my cell number into the new contract but when I received my phone with the aim card it wasn't ported. I called in and asked for this to be corrected and the same consultant promised to fix it and get back to me but it's been four days and still nothing. Another consultant (candice) was rude enough to put the phone down on my ear. I don't want a new number I just want to use my old cell c number with Vodacom, is that too much to ask for? I'd rather have this contract cancelled. My name is martin bostander phone number 084 6811 740. Opened the contract on the last week of December and received it on the 31st of December.
