I have NEVER received such bad service!!

I called through Cell C direct and the lady on the other end was very friendly and the process seemed to go way too smoothly whilst i opened my new contract over the phone. I then cancelled my Vodacom contract so that Cell C could port my number through. Two-Three days later i receive a handset that is incorrect, as per my discussion i asked very clearly for Cell C to bring me a white iphone but instead they delivered a black one. I called immediately and they informed me that they would send someone to collect the handset and bring me the correct one, that was two weeks ago today. I have since found out that the contract registered to my name is incorrect and not the one i originally wanted, my number still has not been ported resulting in me using a prepaid number without internet use and because i cannot provide proof that i asked for a white phone they cannot take the black one back (still sealed and never been opened). I cannot get any answers and no one calls me back. I do not want this phone that has been delivered, I would like the white one i originally asked for and i would like my contract in place! At this point i want to cancel and go back to Vodacom!!
