Poor Service - Worst Network ever!!!

I am sick and tired of you people! I have lost my phone and want to block it! Your useless call centre agent does not want to help me and I have been on the phone for more that half an hour trying to be put through her manager! When I asked for her name, the manager's name and the call centre that they are based in, she went quiet and put me hold again!!! I want service, NOW!!!
