I have now been waiting a total of 7 weeks for a new Cell C contract with an iPhone 5. The phone took 5 weeks to be delivered and I have now been waiting 2 weeks for the number 079 079 9533 to be ported from Vodacom prepaid to this Cell C contract. I just called in and the consultant told me I needed to contact Vodacom to get the number moved across. Why is this my task? Surely I come to Autopage and say, hey I want a cellphone contract and I want the number ported from a prepaid number I have?

Not the case with Autopage even after all the bad service I have received. The initial agent, Linda Moosa told me that it could take up to a month for this number to be ported. Do you think that that is acceptable customer service??

So called Vodacom as the other Autopage cellular consultant told me to do - (After two weeks of waiting and not being told this initially) Vodacom said that I need to call Cell C!

So I give up! Maybe this phone will work as an actual phone sometime this year?!

When will the actual contract be active??? This is my 2nd complaint on Hello Peter regarding this order!
