Nashua Mobile is a rip off

Misinformation led us to accept a lesser instrument in order to achieve a top up option. No copy of the contract has been offered or received by the purchaser. Promised delivery date and time has not been met and despite complaints this has not been rectified.
Cancellation option at a cost of R4316.00 is punitive to the extent that it could be considered blackmail.
Nashua asks for the contract to be signed even before the goods in question are delivered. At Vodacom the customer only signs at the time of delivery. In view of the this type of customer service will not recomend Nashua mobile to anyone or ever purchase a product from them again.
