I have receive a account for September 2013 where I have been over charged R1695, 12 on my URL for the month. I have put in feedback request almost every week in October. I have written letters that I have been told to do. The accounts department can phone me very quickly if my debit order did not go through because I stopped it, but they can't provide me with the proof that I have requested to verify the account. Every time I am told that I will be phoned back and yet I have to phone back to get feedback. Every time I do phone there is a different story. I will be told that no letter has been received after I have confirmed it with costumer care. Today I phoned again and was told that the request that should have been logged last week, have only been logged this morning, then I am told that this will take 2-4 weeks to get feedback. After I said on that letter that I want it sorted before the 25 December 2013. As a costumer I have made sure that I did my part. If they can't provide me with proof of my URL usage by Monday 23 December 2013, then it will mean that they don't have the proof and have charged me illegally!
