Turning off my internet!

First things first. At Ecc systems your not allowed to P2P so I respect that and I phoned them and asked them If uploading photo's and downloading photo's on TS3 is P2P, Morne tells me no its not and I can do it. Next thing I know is my Internet is offline and I can't access my internet banking so that I can transfer money to a business partner so that my business supply's can be send to me or I'm going to loss a lot of money. They tell me I have to wait 4 days before they would turn the internet back on or I can pay R100 and they will turn it back on. And now I'm going to loss so much money that I could go broke. And I can't pay the R100 over the internet because I have no internet so they expect me to drive to my bank and then pay the money. But the banks are closed. So now I don't know what to do. If also couldn't go on skype for a meeting. So now I have just lost 4 big business partners.
