No feedback or response to a simple query

On 1 December I emailed Client Care, received no feedback or response so I phoned the Call Centre on 5 December and spoke to Lee. I asked him to trace the email I had sent to Client Care and provide me with an acknowledgement or better still some feedback. I was given a reference number of 10838708 and was told that the relevant department would contact me. He told me that because he was initiating an internal request he could not copy me in on his request for the follow up.
