Third time: Still no joy

I am now filing my third complaint, still left in the dark. Autopage claims to have contacted me every time via email or telephone, however no contact has been made with me. Then they respond on Hello Peter advising that the case has been closed. How is this possible as they have definitely not spoken to me. I have made over 20 calls to the Autopage call centre over the last two days and even spoke to a Manager by the name of Imtiyaaz who promised to call me back. I am still waiting... I have never ever dealt with a company that has such a low regard for customers in my life. MY CONTACT DETAILS ARE [Email Removed]
Below is my previous complaint:

Since my last complaint to hello peter, I am still in the same position i was in then. I have taken my phone in to Autopage Canal Walk as agreed. it has been just under a month now and was shocked today when I was told that nothing has been done to my phone as yet. apparently it was booked in to be replaced, but could not be as the cover had scratches on. Furthermore the Canal Walk store advised that I would have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks to have it repaired as it would only be booked in now, a whole month later...
