Indifferent Attitude regarding repair of phone

On the 12th of July I booked a Blackberry in for service under warranty at Canal walk Autopage in Cape Town. It took Autopage until the 19th of July to get the phone from Canal walk to the repair centre in Johannesburg. I was referred to a gent at the elevations section of the customer call centre who promised faithfully to prioritise the repair. When I queried the repair in the last week of July no-one even knew where the phone was or what was happening. I managed to get the gentleman in question on Monday the 12 August to tell me that the phone had been, according to him, returned to the Autopage shop in Canal walk and that I had been informed of this fact via SMS. I haven't seen any communication from Autopage regarding this repair. I spoke to the canal walk store as well as was told that the phone could not be located. I then went to the store whereupon I was presented with the repaired unit.
Subsequent to this I also had to hand in another phone to the same store for repair on the 5tth August and when I queried its status on the 12th August I was informed that it had not been received by the repair centre. The service offered by Autopage Cellular is execrable!!
