Phone Contract that never has a connection

I have been trying to get my network reception sorted out since October, the CellC shop could not help and suggested I send a mail to the Customer Service department. I have sent a number of mails stating that I never have reception on my phone and it needs to be sorted out. After giving them an alternative contact number, they keep phoning me on the Cell number I stated does not work, how do they expect to get hold of you. When I recieve the mails stating they can not get hold of me, I try phoning and then you can not be transfered to the consultant handling your case and you then again have to wait for 2 days for a responce. and so it starts agian, my cell is contacted, I get a mail they tried to contact me, I phone and can not speek to the consultant. This has been going on from October.
I am paying for a Cintract with a smart phone and can never use the phone at home or work. Surely this is a breach of contract as I am paying but not recieveing the required Service.
