I sent my phone in for the repair of water damage over a month ago. Wasila the manager said it would take 2-3 days to repair. After 2 weeks of poor feedback and many calls and visits I complained on hello Peter. Marco Adonis from autopage told me the phone was ready for collection and stated on hello peter that the matter was closed. However the phone was still not repaired and I agreed that a technician repair it. I asked Marco to ensure the phone was repaired. he did not get back to me. several calles and visits were made to autopage. The consultants never know the status of the phone and Wasila never returns my calls. 2 days ago I was told the phone would be ready in half an hour. yday I was told that the phone was never repaired as decided by management, the store owner and headoffice. for one month autopage had the phone, did nothing and did not tell me. Testerday I was encouraged by the owner to take the phone elsewhere, and eventually told by the owner that I must pay 650 upfront and wait another 2 weeks to get the phone. I finally picked up the phone yesterday, refused to deliver even after the poor service, no compsensation for my time and money, esp from the store owne
