Bad service and unwilling to help

I went to Autopage Canal Walk on Sat, 21 Sept due to a faulty Samsung phone. I was told that the repair centre outside Canal Walk is closed on weekends. I was told to bring the phone the next day with all the paperwork, box and charger, and went on Sun 22 Sept. On my return the next day, I brought my laptop for them to back up all my information as I am unsure how to. I was attended by Aashieqah and she took the memory card out. Upon me asking her for a second time when she is going to do the back up, I am sent to the Samsung shop inside the mall. After I asked her to phone them to confirm that they can help me, she assured me to go. I walked all the way there with my toddler on the hip, and there they said I must go to the service centre that is indeed open. On my return to Autopage, I asked the lady why she did not phone as I asked to save me all the trouble, and she replied she does not have their number?? I have not seen such bad service and attitude in a long time! I have had only bad service from Autopage, never wanting to help even though I am a customer for many years, they are just unwilling and always ready to pass the buck!!
