Complaint on HelloPeter Autopage is does NOTHING

Today is the 14th of July two weeks and one day later and still Autopage did not get back to me with possitive feedback. Autopage has not even phoned me back. Apparently Susan is the complains manager but Nicole Smith just told me she is not in and I should phone her on Monday. What does Autopage do to assist the customer NOTHING. They are not prepare to give the email adr or contact details of a area manager. The cust must on their cost phone and phone and phone without any answers. Autopage does not even care about cust complaining on Hello Peter. I am a customer with Autopage for 14 years, I can not believe what I am experiencing.
