When is enough enough with this store?

I've had problems with Autopage since January. I was promised a phone after 5 working days and it took them roughly 9 weeks to get it to me, I then had problems with SIM swaps etc.

The problem now is that I'm having constant problems with their store employees. I met the store owner after my first lot of issues, so it is beyond me why he would employ such rude and incompetent staff. I received an extremely large bill last month that made me decide it is in my best interest to set a limit on my phone. The staff messed this process up twice and I had to be without a phone, which I use for work, for 2 weeks.

So far this month, I've been checking my data usage regularily, only to find out today that what is displayed is not a true reflection of how much I actually have left. I am now in the position of having another huge bill as well as never being able to know a true reflection of my data usage and no one at Autopage is able to help me in this regard.

Aside from not knowing why my bill came up to almost R2000 last month, I thought I had double the data than what I'm told I actually have left.

I am a patient person but I really can't handle the incompetency any longer!
