No communication - no contact -i have done hello peter - no response - after being told my complaint has been escalated and i will be contacted within 24 hours still nothing. Should i be surprised - apparently not! Collected phone from bayside branch wrapped in a piece of ordinary white paper. more damage been added to the phone since being booked in on 12 May 2013. I have not asked for a miracle to happen- NO - merely to be contacted by a decision maker within autopage! No repairs were done yet you damaged a new phone!
