Contract I never agreed to/cancelled

I have an issue last month I was debited R349 - apparently for an upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S3 which I never upgraded for, actually I had called 2 months earlier informing Vodacom

That I won't be upgrading on both my lines, and I requested both lines to be closed, (at this point both lines were supposed to be black/grey listed) I called in and was initially informed

That they would investigate and this would take about a week or so, up till then I have been calling back since and have been told there is no feedback as yet, my main concern was that I was

Going to be debited again for an account I don't have, and this happened this month, so now I have been debited twice for an account I didn't upgrade to, for a phone I don't have, and for a

contract that I had initially asked to be cancelled. And still no feedback a month later, please can I at least have a time line on when this will be sorted and when I will get my money back as this is

terribly inconveniencing or at least feedback, as it is I can't shake the feeling that I will be debited again
