Let me see, where do i begin.. in the month of may i request that 1 of my lines be cancelled as the contract had run its path and i wanted to port the number. after back and forth conversations and dealing with numerous staff member who didnt know what they were doing except 1, i finally got my line cancelled on the 14 may. the 15 may Vodacom, without having being instructed to do so, decided to cancel another line of mine and move it over to prepaid. i contacted customer care and made them aware and instructed them this is breach of contract and they have 48 hours to reactivate my line, to which they did.as a result vodacom deducted almost R6000 off my account in June. they refunded what they owed but in July did the same and when i reversed the stop order and paid them what was owed, they suspended all my lines which means its loss of business. i hope some1 gets back to me for the reason that i have taken this matter to my attorney who has been battling to get hold of vodacoms lawyers..
