PATHETIC!!!

What a disappointment, its pathetic how i need to cancel my account (which i Haven't used for 4 Years!!!) almost every 6 months! When i do a payment and ask for proof of cancellation then i don't hear anything from you, i have cancelled my account 3 times now!!! And i am Black listed because of that now!!! When i Call the call centre then nobody is able to help me!! Can someone please assist me who knows what is going on because all the employees are putting the management in a position where you look like fools and not able to do their job!! Please come back to me!!!
