The first time I complained about Virgin Active was when my debit order only came off 2 weeks into the month instead of the first of the month as per my contract. A representative contacted me saying that due to inconvenience caused they will give me 1 month for free and continue the debit order from September (I have proof of the communication). Now I get a sms from Virgin Active saying that I need to update my credit card details? Please note that I received the sms 9 days AFTER THE DEBIT ORDER HAD TO GO OFF. So I phoned AGAIN to give new banking details which never even changed!...just to hear from the consultant that I am also R299, 00 behind on my account. So now I am behind with my account because you gave me a free month DUE TO YOUR MISTAKE? The debit order has been going off my account for months now and suddenly there is a problem? For goodness sakes Virgin Active, are you serious? The level of unprofessionalism is shocking and leaves me speechless every single time. You are pathetic, your management is pathetic and your employees are pathetic.
