6 months after cancelation still being billed

On the 25th of July my mother (a pensioner) went into Virgin Mobile Clearwater and informed them that she wished to cancel her contract. She had been a client of Virgin for years. they accepted the cancellation and loaded it. She was then told to follow up with the call centre to ensure it had been processed (FIRST sign of pathetic service). By October they monthly debit order had still gone off, when she phoned to query, the call centre agent kept speaking over her trying to offer her a new contract (why a new one if the old one was still in force, had never been cancelled). She told them yet again to cancel, by December it was still going off. She sent an email to Colin (head of cancellations) and have never had a reply. Last nigh her account was double debited, this is not longer BAD service, this is now!!! We are now going to take this LEGAL. This is a massive warning to all people out there to stay away from anything accociated with Virgin. These people are criminals!!!
