They deduct my airtime and Im unhappy about that

The past few week I've been recharging and then after I buy bundles and now even thou I have bundles MTN still deducts airtime not on the bundles I purchased, when I call them they tell me they havent load them yet of which I believe when I recieve an SMS tellin me that they have been loaded that means they should use bundle I'm very angry bcz I ddnt make the Important calls bcz of them. Help me.
