Why have data bundles and still deduct airtime

Over the weekend i purchased data bunles and allas MTN still deducts airtime while there is data bundles to deduct from. called 173 and you wont believe, i have multiple pages opned thats why they need to deduct from airtime. please get your house inorder to where it was MTN.
