FORCED to continue receiving shocking service 8ta

What on earth are u guys doing? story after story and now, this phone is still going bonkers. Constantly losing network, BIS hasn't been working, internet signal is shocking, dropping calls! How am I supposed to function. There have been about 5 or 6 people trying to sort this out. You have admitted on numerous occasions that YOU guys are having a technical problem changing the number to prepaid. I have been told by various people that they will "sort it out" and still nothing!!

On 6/12/12 u said "They will do the migration to prepaid the end of this month". Then on 2/01/13 u said "Roseline Witbooi is handling ur case and confirmed that there is a technical problem on the account. She is also handling your billing issue w.r.t the refund as I have updated her on all matters concerning the affected contract" I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM HER EVER!!! Then u made this whole thing MY problem and said i should follow up with some lame call centre number, which i did. On 8/01/13 I spoke 2 Elizabeth Tooane, big surprise... no change on case!! You have asked me to send u all my bank statements that reflect charges from 8ta -which I have done and still NO refund or feedback
