Lack of positive feedback and response time

The Telkom Mobile signal in my area is poor, I reported the problem and a Telkom Independent contractor came over to access and report on my problem with the poor signal. I was very happy when he advised me that the problem could easily be fixed by installing an antenna which should take a maximum of 2-3 weeks to have installed. That seemed acceptable in Telkom standards. But alas no!!! - I was called by Technical to advise me that he problem will take 6-12months to sort out and it was signal related as I no signal. It took a lot of patience to explain that the technician said otherwise and that he would have reported it in that manner. Its been 3 x weeks and I am still waiting for a response. Called the call centre this morning, was told that my case was being dealt with, when asked, couldn't say how. Asked for a supervisor and was promptly put on hold and forgotten about... its crazy that I am fighting to rectify a service for which I pay!!! Case NO: 6564709.
