I recently posted a complaint regarding the bad service I had received from Vodacom's call centre - after spending two months trying to get assistance with a poor signal it seemed nobody was prepared to help, and I became more and more frustrated by the day as calls were not returned etc. Just when I was about to give up, I sent an email to the regional customer care department and within days my problem was being investigated and has now been successfully resolved.
I would like to commend Vodacom for sorting this out and making a very unhappy client happy again. My complaint was handled quickly and professionally by the regional office and the technicians went out of their way to assist me. After two months my faith in Vodacom has been restored. Thanks especially to Peter the technician who was determined to find a solution.
