Telkom Internet is very poor in performance

I have been experiencing a problem with my Telkom internet for more than 6 months now with no resolution form Telkom internet. I have logged numerous calls and have all the reference numbers. The guys have also come out to investigate and assist. When they leave the call gets closed but the problem PERSISTS. I just wish Telkom persisted to sort out my problem instead of worring about a call the fails SLA.

I get performance of 0.01 on speed test and a ping of over 2840ms. Even the technical guys are surprised when I call.

The SAD thing is that I am on contract and being charged every month for an internet service that is so slow, even a 56K dial up modem is faster.

I have even asked the agent son more than 3 occasions to leave the call open and confirm with me as the customer once the service is fully operation and I am happy then close the call. NO POSSIBLE SAYS TELKOM.

So does the process, system, or infrastructure need change. Maybe ALL OF IT.

Please at least STOP BILLING ME UNTIL THE ISSUE is resolved. Very disappointed in internet services form Telkom.
