Failed to Migrate to Prepaid

On the 15th of Jan I called to migrate my number from contract to prepaid and was told it's not a problem, that I would be on prepaid as from the 1st of Feb and that I could pay in the migration fee at the end of Feb. Yesterday, 3 Feb, I called to find out why I was not on prepaid yet and was told that it wasn't done because I had to pay the migration fee in advance and that I would have to wait until next month to migrate onto prepaid.
This is completely unacceptable. I refuse to wait another month to migrate my number due to the incompetence of the consultant I spoke with originally. It's been 2 days of asking to speak with a manager to sort out this issue and I am still waiting. Nothing has been done as yet. I am curious to see if anyone will contact me following this complaint. It seems Nashua Mobile has no interest in training their support team correctly and they certainly are not concerned about customer satisfaction.
