Terrible service from Telkom mobile reps!!

After numerous phone calls and problems I have encountered with Telkom with regards to my contract.
I decided to cancel my contract in May and Telkom finally managed to cancel at the end of August an sms was sent to me to confirm that my number would be on prepaid from 01 September I spoke to Nduduzo who confirmed this.
Telkom sent me a statement and sms saying that the usage for August would be deducted in September this was done
however this morning Telkom has decided to go back into my account and debit R296 from my account.

I called and spoke to a Thulani Mevana @07.30 on 01/10/13 who said he would log a call and forward me the case number as I want my money refunded this wasn't done so I called again only to find that he was lying and didn't log a call. This time around I spoke to Simon Hlongwane @ 08.50 01/10/13 case number 6728715 he has informed me that he loged a case for my refund.

It is very rude and unprofessional that I have to constantly deal with reps from Telkom that make empty promises and blantantly to me as a customer by informing me that they are doing things and not doing them as this was the main reason why my request for cancelation was never actioned!
