NO SERVICE IN THE UPGRADES DEPARTMENT

I upgraded both my company lines last week on the 04-09-2013. When I phoned them they said that there is no paperwork on there side I have proof of the fax that i send and the report. I e-mailed the document 3 times and faxed it another 3 times. This was on Monday. I received a sms that our contracts have been upgraded and the expiry date is now on the 10-01-2016. I am still waiting for the handsets. I have phoned how many times and send e-mails ect.
Everytime they have a different story. When I upgraded they assured me that there was stock and delivery would be in 2 days this was on the 4th September 2013. I am still waiting I even send an e-mail to the upgrades department yesterday with no luck. This is not the first time this has happend where is the service that vodacom is suppose to provide. Some of the operators on there side have no idea of what is going on.
