My phone has given problems for the 5th time, which according to Vodacom Repairs is a 'no history' phone since its last repair. As per Lindiwe, I had to take my phone in to a store to get a job number which I did and emailed her with the details. She informed that she will get back to me with regards to replacing it with a new handset, she did not get back to me. I have thus spent from 13h30 to now on the phone with Vodacom customer care and Repairs with no joy, this is besides the calls made during the week. As managers, they won't even give their own email addresses. They blatantly lie, promising to call back and don't. They are actually now trying to blame the EastGate store who has nothing to do with this except transport the phone and provide a Job no. I want senior management to call me, not a consultant. As advised I want a New boxed phone!
