Initially phoned for an upgrade to my account
waited 1 hour on line - only to get cut off
called for cancellation and I get passed to different departments
this has been going on for 1 week

I ask to be put through to manager - I get put through to standard queue only for the same process to repeat itself
I want my contract cancelled as in last week!
