5 month wait for billing query

Despite numerous contact with MTN, several complaints to Hellopeter and some very frustrating calls, I still have no resolve to my query. The initial complaint was logged at the end of April 2013 and cellphone has been switched off since then. Can some one please contact me to help resolve this situation. Does MTN still respond to complaints on Hellopeter? Should I be considering taking legal action against MTN before they actually take my concerns seriously.
