Two months ago I phoned Virgin mobile to ask them to cancel my contract and change my phone to prepaid as soon as it expires (which will be now end of Jan).
Thursday I get a call from Virgin Mobile stating that I can upgrade my phone. I informed the lady that I do not want to renew my contract and that I've already phoned Virgin Mobile stating this.
On Friday (10 Feb) I phoned Virgin mobile again to ask them to cancel my account with immediate effect and TO CHANGE MY CONTRACT TO PREPAID ASAP.
On Monday (13 Feb) I phone Virgin Mobile again. The guy I spoke to informed me that my account's been cancelled, but the call has not been sent to the technical team to transfer my contract over to prepaid
It's now Wednesday (5 days later) and I'm STILL NOT ON PREPAID. I'm not registered on the network!
I can't do any bank transfers as my phone is linked to my bank account!
I expect this to be fixed TODAY!!!
Ironic thing is that I left Virgin Mobile because of their bad service
