I cancelled the above numbers in Oct13, my last payment should have been Dec13. I initially agreed to upgrades but then cancelled, I have proof that Virgin received and accepted this cancellation on 1 Nov13.
Virgin again debitted my account in Jan14, I queried this and was told that I do not know what I am talking about as I did not have the screen with details on in front of me, and, I was still being billed because I initially agreed to an upgrade.
When I initially accepted the upgrade both phones lost internet connectivity and BBM, 0741318369 never got it back as the upgrade was to a samsung, it took over a week to get the other phones back - the consultant denies this ever happened.
Since October I have contacted Virgin on numerous occasions and was assured that both numbers were changed to pay as you go, talking to the consultant today it turns out that both are still on contract. The same man who tells me I do not understand what I am talking about now admits he does not know why the contracts are still valid.
I have mailed the virgin customer care numerous times but never received a response
How do I get these contracts cancelled and get refunded for the January debit?
