How can you Debit me and not know why

I cant wait to get off your network!!! You guys debit me twice and only can account for one debit, saying that the system only updates the next day?? You promise so much about time for change, when we do change, you give us grief with poor service, i only want an answer! I am frustrated, I wish i could just end my contract with you useless pathetic service provider. Your agent Metso, YAWNS on my call to the call centre, Sdumiso the Team Leader, is heavy trained with apologies which does not help my problem, she said she will contact me tomorrow, when i need answers now! I want your Executive office involved in this, or are they snoozing as well?
