In July I went into the Cresta store, to change my banking details. The lady change it according to her. Now in August they debit my old bank account. After several calls made to every manager and store, they still can explain why they did not debit from my new account as they have the details on the system. When I asked the manager how did they debit my old account if she just gave me the new account details she could not answer me. On Tuesday she said she will call me back and give me an answer. Its Friday no call from her. Now I received a call to say my account is in arrears. After getting nowhere with the consultant I called the head office to complain, Lerato from the complaints department 011 324 4000, was no help at all. She just made the problem worst. I'm getting my lawyers advice, and thinking about cancelling my accounts with Cell C.
